My name is Yiwei and I'm from China 🇨🇳. I'm a student at Uppsala University where I study a master's in Digital Humanities.

Hej! I’m Yiwei, Digital Ambassador for the Chinese social media team 🌼

I’m from Taizhou, a beautiful coastal city in China. I’m currently studying a Master’s in Digital Humanities at Uppsala University.

I chose Sweden because I’ve always been drawn to its nature, calm rhythm of life, and the idea of living in a smaller, close-knit city like Uppsala. Since moving here, I’ve been surprisingly quick to adapt — the cozy cafés, bike-friendly streets, and balance between study and life make every day feel just right.

A few curious facts about me: I covered the Nobel Prize on site this October (an unforgettable experience!), and I love hiking and baking in my spare time — nothing beats the smell of freshly baked bread after a long walk in the woods!
